We really focus on choosing our team members very carefully. We have strict rules, like looking at their education, age, health, and background. The team in charge of hiring checks their police record, background, and work history to make sure everything is okay.
Height Requirement: At least 170 cms (5.66 Feet) tall.
Experience and Training: Prefer candidates with a background in the army, para-military forces, or police. Otherwise, we look for individuals who are well-trained, experienced, and smart.
Police Verification: We make sure to check and confirm the background of our candidates with the local police.
Education and Practical Experience: Minimum education required is high school/intermediate/graduate, and candidates should have practical experience in security.
Age Range: Between 21 and 45 years old, and up to 50 years for ex-army/police personnel.
Fire Fighting Knowledge: Candidates should be aware of and knowledgeable about the procedures for operating fire-fighting appliances.
